Paint QC/Lab technician
- The RoleTest batches in production to see if they meet required parameters. Modify existing formulations to meet market requirements Contribute to new product development Troubleshoot customer issues Provide manufacturing support & undertake cost effectiveness programmes Formulate, prepare, apply & test the mechanical & chemical properties of coatings using established tests or relevant research methods/procedures Document results clearly & accurately, interrogate data, draw conclusions & present solutions Maintain and promote a safe working environment

- About YouScience graduate Excellent practical & laboratory skills Experience in the formulation, manufacture, application, testing of coatings and development of new & improved research methodologies Good at problem solving Excellent communication, report writing & interpersonal skills Enjoys a collaborative work environment where supporting colleagues is key Knowledge of polymer chemistry, principles & practice is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
