About the Role

Are you passionate about craftmanship and take pride in producing high-quality finishes? We are looking for a Paint Shop Production Operative to work within our Paint team, carrying out cosmetic paint repairs and touch ups on our range of premium leisure vehicles. You'll play a key role in ensuring every product meets our exacting standards before it leaves the factory.

Key Responsibilities



Perform high-quality paint repairs to exterior and interior surfaces of motorhomes, caravans and campervans. Carry out detailed prep work including sanding, filling and masking. Use spray equipment and hand tools to apply primer, base coats and top coats. Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform necessary rework. Ensure a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety policies.

Your Qualifications & Experience



Previous experience in automotive or industrial paint repair, ideally within manufacturing or body repair. Excellent attention to detail and a quality focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience using spray guns, fillers and polish equipment. Knowledge of paint types and repair techniques

Our Paint Shop team carries out high-quality cosmetic paint repairs and touch-ups on our range of premium caravans, motorhomes, and campervans.


With a focus on precision, quality, and attention to detail, the team ensures every vehicle looks flawless and meets our high standards. Their work plays a key role in maintaining the premium finish, using detailed paint and spray techniques, and overall customer experience of our leisure vehicles.
