Job Title: Paint Sprayer

Location: Chelmsford

Employment Type: Permanent

Shifts: Monday - Wednesday (7am - 5:30pm), Thursday (7am - 4:30pm)

About the Role



The purpose of this role is to prepare and paint a variety of jobs for various customers, in the Paint Shop Department.



Key Responsibilities


Must be able to work on their own initiative and be a team player within the paint shop Ensure completion of daily Paint Logs by the end of shift each day Ensure relevant processes on job packs are fully stamped up in line with the Quality Department instruction (QDI)

Candidate Requirements



Proven experience gained in an Aerospace paint shop background preferred but not essential as onsite training will be provided Proven experience in interpreting and understanding job pack data and specifications worked to A recognised apprenticeship/college course would be preferred but consideration will be given to the right applicant based on prior experience Right to work in the UK
