About the Role
We are looking for a skilled qualified Vehicle Paint Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring exceptional colour matching and finish quality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, spray and finish vehicles efficiently, ensuring accuracy of colour match and exceptional final finish. Understand the principles of spray-painting technology, paint composition, mixing, and application methods. Fully prepare vehicles prior to painting, including masking, sanding, and other necessary preparation work. Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition. Adhere to all Health & Safety standards and company procedures. Work as part of a team to achieve total customer satisfaction. Carry out all tasks safely and in compliance with manufacturer and industry guidelines.
Person Specification

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or ATA accredited (or equivalent experience). Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Takes pride and care in their work, with excellent attention to detail. Holds a full, clean driving licence. Flexible and adaptable to meet the seasonal demands of the preparation centre. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Willingness to work across multiple sites as required. Experience operating in a retail or SMART repair bay is advantageous.
