Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Painter and Decorator (and ideally someone who can turn their hand to other multi skilled trades within the construction industry) to join our team of experienced builders and tradespeople.
The ideal candidate will have worked in the Painting and Decorating Trade for over 3 years, ideally hold a relevant qualification and have experience in some of the following:
Painting and Decorating
General building works
Property repair and maintenance

Our customer base is mainly NHS Trust Hospitals across Birmingham, Educational Establishments, Councils, Letting Agents to home maintenance and residential house extensions and conversions.
We are looking for someone who is hardworking with a can-do attitude, punctual, well presented, with a friendly attitude, the ability to work on their own and as part of a team and is happy to muck in.
We are currently based in Erdington (soon to be relocating to Aldridge) but you will be required to work in different areas within Birmingham and Sandwell.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm (approx. 40 hours per week) - but flexibility maybe required occasionally.
A driver's licence, own transport and own tools are essential however a company vehicle can be considered once in post.
You will be taken on via a self-employed basis.
The hourly rate is dependent on experience.

Pay: 15.00-18.00 per hour
