Painter And Decorator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting projects.Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and smoothing- Apply paint or other finishes using sprayers, brushes, or rollers- Mix and match paint to get desired colors- Cover floors and furniture with drop cloths to protect them from paint- Remove fixtures such as door handles and light switch covers before painting- Repair cracks and holes in walls before paintingQualifications:- Proven experience as a painter in both residential and commercial settings- Knowledge of painting tools and equipment- including wallpapering and Ames taping Ability to work independently or as part of a team- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills- ideally be able to drive and have transport but not essential . Experience:
painting: 4 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
CSCS (preferred)
