Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces through colour and design. This role involves both interior and exterior painting, as well as decorative finishes, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets our clients' expectations.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide recommendations. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled work.

Requirements

Proven experience in painting and decorating is essential. Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members effectively. Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence for travel between job sites is advantageous Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
