Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction painting and demonstrate excellent communication skills. This role involves transforming spaces through mould washing & high-quality painting and decorating, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of excellence.
Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Mould Washing Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring they are safe to use. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
Requirements
Proven experience in construction painting is essential. A valid driving licence is needed for travel to various job sites. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with clients and team members. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and understand their requirements clearly. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work is crucial. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 150.00-180.00 per day
Work Location: On the road
