Overview

We are seeking skilled Painters & Decorators to join our team.

The role is almost entirely decoarting new build homes.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces through high-quality painting and decorating. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driving licence is preferred for this position, as travel to various job sites will be necessary.

Duties

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Repair and maintain surfaces by filling holes, cracks, and imperfections prior to painting. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

Proven experience in painting and decorating is essential, with references / evidence of work completed. Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively liaise with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between job sites. Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00-22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
