Job Description
Serra and Speller Ltd are a Property Maintenance and Construction Company based in Sunbury-on-Thames. We work closely with a wide range of Property Managers, covering inside the M25 and Home Counties, organising and conducting a range of small repairs through to large scale works.
We are currently looking for a Decorator based inside the M25 to start full time with us and to join our team of hardworking engineers. You must be able to complete both Small and Large Projects to a high standard. You must have your own tools and transport.
YOU MUST HAVE OWN VAN
(A car WILL NOT be suitable).Salary of 165.00 per Day
Working Hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Candidates must:
Be CIS Registered
Have their own tools
Have their own Van
Be willing to travel to work within the M25 area and Home Counties
Have Excellent communication skills Teamwork skills Commitment to safety rules Be able to work as a team and also alone on projects Have good communication skills (Fluent English is essential) Have a strong work ethic and take pride in what they do Must work to a high standard of finish and have attention to detail and work in a neat and tidy manor Be reliable and trustworthy Be able to follow instructions and take on board constructive criticism Punctuality and reliability is VERY IMPORTANT to our organisation Have PPE and correct attire (decorators whites)Job Type: Full-time
