We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with project specifications. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on colour schemes and finishes. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety regulations. Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

Experience

Proven experience in construction painting is essential, with a portfolio of completed projects preferred. Strong driving skills are required for transportation to various job sites. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members. Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and client expectations.
