Overview


We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves working on various projects, including residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all painting and decorating tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Duties



Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Select and mix colours to achieve the desired effect. Install wallpaper and other decorative materials as required. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Drive to various job sites as required.

Experience



Proven experience in construction painting or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills in English to liaise with clients and team members effectively. A valid driving licence is essential for travelling between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent organisational skills. Pay: From 14.00 per hour
