Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Applying paint and varnishes to a variety of surfaces

- Applying primers and undercoats

- Using brushes, rollers and spraying equipment where required

- Wallpapering

- Ensure all surfaces are ready for decorating

- Tidy work areas and ensure tools are kept clean

- Preparing the surrounding areas ready for work

- Advising on equipment and resources necessary to complete the job

- Working to a high stander, and an efficient worker

- Required to support other trades in the team when needed, including General Technician

The candidate would need to have:

- Good communication skills

- Be thorough and have good attention to detail

- Have some knowledge or public safety and security

- Basic computer skills

- The ability to work independently and in a team

- Good time management skills

- A clean driving license

- Willing to travel and work away from home as required
