Job Title: Painter and Decorator

Salary: 26,908pa

Working hours: 39 per week

We`re looking for a Painter and Decorator to join our team, working across a range of social housing properties to help keep homes safe, comfortable, and looking their best.

About the role

Carrying out all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating Preparing surfaces - including filling, sanding, priming, and undercoating Applying finishes such as gloss, emulsion, and stain block to a professional standard Treating mould-affected areas, including mould washing and applying stain block where needed Hanging wallpaper and carrying out touch-up and maintenance work Maintaining tools, materials, and a tidy workspace Travelling to properties across different sites Working as part of a supportive, skilled team to deliver great results for residents Following all health and safety guidelines

About you

Reliable, punctual, and eager to work Take pride in your workmanship and always aim for a high-quality finish Able to work independently or as part of a team Have a good eye for detail and a proactive attitude Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel between sites

Previous painting and decorating experience is preferred, but no formal qualification is required - we value dedication and a positive attitude above all
