Sulzer is looking for a skilled and motivated
Painter
to join our team at the Leeds manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role within our paint department, supporting daily operations and ensuring high-quality finishes across a range of industrial components.Key Responsibilities:
Carry out painting tasks to meet production schedules and quality standards Prepare surfaces and apply coatings using appropriate techniques and materials Maintain paint equipment and ensure stock levels are monitored Work closely with the team to meet deadlines and support continuous improvement Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times Assist with quality checks and documentation as required
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in industrial painting or coating applications Good understanding of paint processes and materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive approach to health and safety in the workplace NACE Level 2 certification or equivalent (preferred) Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
