Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Serenity Specialist Care in the UK. In this role, you will contribute to creating a welcoming and vibrant environment for the children and young adults we support. Your work will play a vital role in enhancing their living spaces and overall experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or priming as needed. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to various surfaces. Ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and timelines. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Communicate effectively with staff regarding project progress and needs. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting or related field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively. Basic driving skills may be beneficial for transportation of materials (preferred). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
