Joinery and Heritage Craftsmen are one of the country's leading specialists in

the restoration and replacement of Traditional timber Sliding Sash Windows .

Listed Buildings, Conservation areas, and Areas of outstanding Natural beauty.

individuals with demanding expectations of high quality and excellent customer service .

Experienced Painter (Employed or Sub Contract)

You must be able to demonstrate the following.

Experience

? You are a Conservation and Restoration minded problem-solver, with

knowledge and experience of Painting .

? Our work is Nationwide. However our specialists are based throughout

the UK and you must be willing to travel on average within a 50 mile

radius of your home, with regular trips to our workshop in Cheshire

? Familiar with undercoating and painting intricate frames in customers' homes and Refurbishment Projects to a high standard.

? Experience of working on scaffold where necessary .

Qualities

? Must have an Apple I phone/Tablet to work with diary

management- We pay you 30per month phone allowance

? Team-player, good communications with Office, colleagues and

Customers, plus ability to work on own initiative.

? Attention to detail in both your work and workplace tidiness

? Positive Temperament, punctual, committed, helpful.

Requirements

? Must have an Apple I phone/Tablet to work with us for diary

management- We pay you 30per month phone allowance

? Clean Driving licence

? CSCS - First Aid - PASMA -DBS an advantage.

? Provide two references prior to interview

Position: 4 week Trial period, leading to full time.

The role can be employed or self-employed with an industry leading

package of an achievable OTE package of up to 50000 per annum. Based

on basic and Quality and Performance Bonuses.
