Painter Required - ongoing works void/unoccupied properties
Bristol, Cardiff, Clevedon, Weston Super mare areas.
Start Date: By the 25th July - ongoing work
Pay - 160 per day - paid CIS.
Start date: ASAP
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an experienced Painter and decorator to complete internal decoration on a residential properties in Cardiff, Bristol, Weston super mare and Clevedon.
Most jobs could be in voids, disrepair, occupied and unoccupied properties.
Experience within these properties is essential.
YOU'LL NEED:
Relevant experience Own PPE and tools Reliability and punctuality Proof of right to work in the UK
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal emulsion on walls Eggshell or similar on skirting Ongoing works for a big client, covering voids, unoccupied and occupied residential properties. Must be able to travel to Cardiff, Bristol, Weston and Clevedon
PAY & HOURS:
Pay rate of 160 Per day CIS
Hours of work 08:00-16:00, Monday - Friday.
You'll be paid weekly based on a signed timesheet. CIS Only.
