Job Description

We are a small construction/maintenance company looking for a painter/decorator to join our team. We are based in mid Devon and operate across Devon and west Somerset working in unoccupied properties between tenancies for the social housing sector. We carryout upgrade works to empty properties, including general remedial works, new kitchens, new bathrooms and full decorations. The applicant will be expected to carryout tasks from stripping wall paper, wall preparation to full re decorations. The applicant must also be punctual, self motivated, have good communication skills, a good team player and able to problem solve. Working from a schedule, the applicant will be expected to complete tasks on there own and as part of a team.

Driving license required Company vehicle and fuel card 28 days holiday per year including bank holidays Health and safety training provided DBS check required
Schedule:

8 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday Overtime available
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00-36,500.00 per year
