Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Painters & Decorators to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. The Painter & Decorator will be responsible for the interior projects, contributing to the overall beautification of commercial work.

Must have cscs card.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, gloss, and other finishes using brushes, rollers . Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in accordance with project specifications. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled work. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator or similar role is preferred. Strong skills in painting techniques and knowledge of materials used in the industry. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Valid driving licence is desirable for travel between job sites. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Contruction painting: 3 years (preferred)
