Job Summary

We are seeking a

highly skilled and reliable Painter/Decorator

to join our team for ongoing residential and commercial projects across London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finishing work and be confident working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Plasterboarding

: Install and finish plasterboard to a high standard.

Filling & Caulking

: Prepare surfaces with precision, ensuring smooth finishes.

Painting

: Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Skirting Installation

: Fit and finish skirting boards with accuracy and attention to detail.

Flooring

: Lay

laminate flooring

and

carpet

with professional finish and care.

Drive

to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

, including proper storage of tools and materials.

Adhere to safety regulations

and best practices while working on-site.

Uploading reports and photos

everyday to show progress.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator or in a similar role. Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence for transportation to job sites. Proficiency in various painting techniques and knowledge of different types of paints and finishes. Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. (Non - mandatory) qualifications and experience dealing with mould and damp. (Non - mandatory) experience with mobile software to upload reports and navigate user interface.
