To provide and maintain a flexible, dedicated and comprehensive painting and decoration service to all departments across a varied Estate. This will be a planned (but flexible) approach, covering over 5000 rooms.
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment through the delivery of a quality service with minimal disruption to day to day clinical provisions.
Maintain a patient focused service across clinical and non-clinical areas. This varies from admin offices to patient ward areas.

Undertake minor reactive decoration work as required as part of a wider Estates Delivery Team.
The Painter Decorator will have a first rate knowledge of all aspects of decoration. Particularly; paper hanging, painting and paint systems.
