With rapid expansion we are looking to add to the team a Painter & Decorator based in Central Scotland.

What we are looking for:

Directly employed individuals for full-time positions. Subcontract labour, including one-man bands or small companies, to help deliver our growing pipeline of projects.

General Requirements for All Roles

Proven experience in your trade (minimum 5 years preferred). Ability to work efficiently and deliver exceptional results under tight programmes. Strong attention to detail and pride in your work. A driving license (necessary).
Responsibilities

Prepare all surfaces to a high standard, including cleaning, sanding, and filling. Apply paints, varnishes, and specialist finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Carry out both interior and exterior decoration work across a range of projects. Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining top-quality workmanship. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition. Represent the company professionally on-site and communicate clearly with clients and team members. Travel between sites across Central Scotland as required.
