Job Summary

DIMA GROUP is recruiting on behalf of ELITE Decorating, who are currently seeking two time-served painters and decorators for a project based in St Andrews. This is a self-employed position with an immediate start and an initial duration of four weeks. For the right candidates, this could lead to ongoing site work in other areas. Experience working to a high standard on active sites is essential, and candidates must be reliable, professional, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
- Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to surfaces
- Use brushes, rollers, or spray guns to paint surfaces according to instructions
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to during the painting process

Requirements

Applicants must have a valid CSCS card

-A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

- Provide their own tools and transport

- Proven experience as a Painter and decorator

- Attention to detail for precision in the painting process

Job Types: Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 weeks

Pay: 19.00-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
