We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction painting, demonstrating an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves working on various projects, ensuring that all painting and decorating tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes as necessary. Apply paints, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for colour schemes and finishes. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Provide estimates for time and materials required for projects. Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

Proficient in construction painting techniques and practices. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to drive to various job sites as required. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Pay: 14.87-21.17 per hour
