Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities



From single room repaints to full house redecoration. Experienced in stain blocking and filling. Remedial work experience after work has been completed. Experienced with Spraying would be a positive. Bare plaster work Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance schedules and requirements.

Experience



Proven experience in a maintenance role or similar position is preferred. Valid driving licence and Van for transportation of tools and materials as needed. Experience in construction painting. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required for effective communication within the team. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
