Duties

Diagnose faults in equipment and machinery using appropriate testing methods. Perform repairs on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex issues. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in repair techniques.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others. A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential.
