We're Hiring: Workshop Operative/Flexi Driver - Timber Packaging & Pallet Manufacture

Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to be part of a skilled and growing team? A1 Pallets & Timber Products is looking for a Workshop Operative/Driver, to join our manufacturing operation specialising in pallets, packing cases, and bespoke timber packaging.
What you'll be doing:
- Manufacturing wooden pallets, packing cases & timber packaging
- Assembling and preparing orders with precision and care
-Flexi-delivering products to local customers (Full UK Clean Driving Licence required) must be 30+ for insurance restrictions
- General workshop duties and machine operation (training provided)
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with timber or in a similar workshop environment (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential for delivery responsibilities)
- A strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
