ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Palm Court Restaurant Assistant Manager, your main role will be to:
ensure the smooth running of breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea to private events taking place in Palm Court
demonstrate a real understanding of achieving and maintaining quality through effective service management
lead a team that is genuine in delivering service excellence
be operational and visible to the team
assist with the achievement of departmental KPI results
support the Departmental Trainer in conducting all on-the-job training for all colleagues to ensure all Company standards are adhered to
ABOUT YOU
similar experience in a luxury 5 hotel passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage and service
the ability to work under pressure
the ability to lead by example and motivate a strong team
the ability adapt swiftly and seamlessly to situations that arise
confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
good communication skills and very good level of English
