Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimise client outcomes.
Monitor progress throughout treatment programmes and adjust approaches as necessary.
Provide emotional support and guidance to clients facing a variety of mental health or behavioural issues.
Stay informed about the latest developments in therapeutic techniques through ongoing professional development.
Uphold ethical standards and best practices in all aspects of client care.
Requirements
A recognised qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Registration or accreditation with relevant professional bodies (e.g., HCPC, BACP, UKCP).
Proven experience in delivering therapeutic interventions across diverse client groups is desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Strong organisational skills to manage caseloads effectively and maintain detailed records.
Empathy, patience, and a non-judgemental attitude towards clients' experiences.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
