Panel Beater - Structural Repairs | Multi-Manufacturer Accredited Bodyshop
Location: Biddenden, Kent
Starting Salary: Approximately 45,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE 55,000 - 60,000+)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (45-minute lunch break)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structural repairs in line with manufacturer standards using advanced tools and techniques Measure, anchor, and pull vehicle structures to restore alignment and integrity Adhere to OEM repair procedures and safety standards Repair or replace structural panels, chassis components, and critical safety structures Ensure all repairs meet factory crashworthiness and specifications

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Panel Beater with solid expertise in structural repairs Skilled in operating modern repair equipment and techniques Good understanding of different vehicle construction materials and their specific repair needs Ability to interpret OEM repair procedures accurately A team-oriented mindset with pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
