We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Panel Beater

to join our state-of-the-art bodyshop in

Biddenden, Kent

. As a multi-manufacturer approved facility, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier vehicle repairs using the latest equipment and OEM-compliant techniques.

Role Responsibilities

Carry out precise structural panel repairs in line with

manufacturer specifications

Use

advanced jig systems

, measuring equipment, and alignment tools Repair or replace structural and safety-critical vehicle components Follow all

OEM repair procedures

and ensure full compliance with health & safety standards Deliver consistently high standards of workmanship across all tasks

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

structural panel repairs

within a professional bodyshop environment Skilled in using modern repair tools, jigs, and up-to-date body repair techniques Strong knowledge of

vehicle construction

, materials, and OEM standards Ability to read and interpret

technical schematics and manufacturer guidelines

High attention to detail, quality-focused, and a collaborative team player
