We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our state-of-the-art bodyshop in Biddenden, Kent. As a multi-manufacturer approved facility, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality vehicle repairs using the latest equipment and OEM-compliant techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise structural panel repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines Utilize advanced jig systems, measuring devices, and alignment tools Repair or replace structural and safety-critical vehicle components Follow all OEM repair procedures while maintaining full compliance with health and safety standards Consistently deliver high standards of workmanship across all tasks

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in structural panel repairs within a professional bodyshop setting Skilled in using modern repair tools, jigs, and current body repair techniques Strong understanding of vehicle construction, materials, and OEM standards Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manufacturer instructions High attention to detail, quality-driven, and a team player
