We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our state-of-the-art bodyshop located in Biddenden, Kent. As a multi-manufacturer approved facility, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality vehicle repairs using the latest equipment and OEM-compliant repair techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out accurate structural panel repairs following manufacturer guidelines Use advanced jig systems, measuring devices, and alignment tools Repair or replace structural and safety-critical vehicle components Adhere to all OEM repair procedures while maintaining health and safety standards Consistently produce high-quality workmanship across all tasks

What We're Looking For:

Demonstrable experience in structural panel repairs within a professional bodyshop environment Proficiency in using modern repair tools, jigs, and current body repair methods Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, materials, and OEM standards Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manufacturer instructions High attention to detail, quality-focused, and a collaborative team player
