Position: Panel Beater - Biddenden, Kent

Salary: 45,000-60,000+ per year (basic 45,000 plus uncapped bonus)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precise structural panel repairs per manufacturer guidelines Use advanced jig systems, measurement tools, and alignment devices Repair or replace structural and safety-critical components Follow OEM repair procedures and health and safety standards Maintain consistent, high-quality workmanship
Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in structural panel repairs in a professional bodyshop Proficient with modern repair tools, jigs, and methods Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, materials, and OEM standards Ability to read technical schematics and manufacturer instructions High attention to detail, quality-focused, and team-oriented
