Salary: 45,000-60,000+ per year (base salary of 45,000 with uncapped bonuses)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Perform precise structural panel repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

- Utilize advanced jig systems, alignment equipment, and precision measurement tools.

- Repair or replace structural and safety-critical components.

- Adhere to OEM repair procedures and comply with all health and safety regulations.

- Maintain consistently high standards of workmanship.

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in structural panel repairs within a professional bodyshop.

- Skilled in modern repair techniques, jigs, and specialized tools.

- Strong understanding of vehicle construction, materials, and OEM standards.

- Ability to interpret technical schematics and manufacturer guidelines.

- Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and an effective team player.
