Job Title: Body Panel Repair Technician
Reports To: Bodyshop Supervisor

Position Summary:
The Body Panel Repair Technician is tasked with repairing or replacing damaged vehicle body panels in accordance with detailed work orders. This role may also involve working on chassis and structural components to ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
For Certified Technicians:

Perform assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision. Offer mentorship and support to less experienced colleagues as needed.
For Assistant Technicians:

Collaborate closely with experienced technicians under supervision.
Core Duties:

Remove, repair, or replace heavily damaged vehicle panels. Operate equipment such as jigs, fixtures, and welding tools safely, adhering to company policies. Follow manufacturer instructions and notices related to chassis and body panel repairs. Engage in ongoing training to improve technical skills and stay current with industry standards. Handle vehicles carefully to ensure customer satisfaction and to protect tools and equipment. Strictly follow health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
Technical Skills:
Your technical abilities will be assessed and validated by your supervisor or team leader.

Additional Responsibilities:
As the organization expands, you may be assigned additional duties aligned with your expertise, at management's discretion.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Up to 52,000 OTE, including site bonuses (dependent on experience and qualifications). Experience: Minimum of 3 years; ATA accreditation is preferred. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Holidays: 30 days annually, including public holidays, with additional days depending on service length.
