Job Title: Vehicle Body Panel Repair Specialist
Reports To: Bodyshop Supervisor

Position Summary:
The role involves repairing or replacing damaged vehicle body panels according to specified job requirements. It may also include work on vehicle chassis and structural components.

Qualifications:

Capable of performing essential repair tasks independently Able to guide and support less experienced team members when necessary
Support Staff Responsibilities:

Execute primary duties under the supervision of a qualified technician
Main Responsibilities:

Remove, repair, or install vehicle panels, ensuring all work adheres to quality standards Utilize appropriate tools such as jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment, following safety protocols suited to your skill level Follow manufacturer instructions and technical bulletins for chassis and body panel repairs or replacements Stay current with industry best practices through ongoing training Handle vehicles with care to ensure customer satisfaction Keep work areas and tools clean and organized Comply with all health, safety, and workplace housekeeping policies
Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Your technical proficiency will be assessed and verified by your supervisor or team leader
Additional Duties:

Perform other reasonable tasks within company policies, aligned with your expertise, as assigned by senior management
Compensation & Benefits:
