Job Title: Vehicle Body Panel Repair Technician
Reports To: Bodyshop Supervisor

Position Summary:
The role involves repairing or replacing damaged vehicle body panels according to specified job requirements. It may also include work on vehicle chassis and structural components.

Qualifications:

Ability to perform essential repair tasks independently Capable of mentoring and supporting less experienced team members when necessary
Support Staff Responsibilities:

Execute primary repair tasks under the supervision of a qualified technician
Main Responsibilities:

Remove, repair, or install vehicle panels while maintaining quality standards Utilize appropriate tools such as jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment, following all safety protocols suitable to your skill level Adhere to manufacturer instructions and technical bulletins for chassis and body panel repairs or replacements Keep up-to-date with industry best practices through ongoing training Handle vehicles carefully to ensure customer satisfaction Keep work areas and tools clean and organized Follow all health, safety, and housekeeping policies
Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Your technical abilities will be assessed and confirmed by your supervisor or team leader
Additional Duties:

Perform other reasonable tasks within company policies and aligned with your expertise, as assigned by senior management
Compensation & Benefits:
