Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

Vehicle Body Panel Repair Technician

to join our bodyshop team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing or replacing damaged body panels and, when necessary, working on vehicle chassis and structural components. You'll be expected to work independently and contribute to maintaining our high standards of repair and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out the removal, repair, and installation of vehicle body panels in line with job requirements and quality standards Use appropriate tools, such as jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment, while adhering to safety regulations Follow manufacturer repair instructions and technical bulletins for structural and panel work Ensure proper handling and protection of customer vehicles throughout the repair process Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Stay current with best practices and industry developments through ongoing training Support less experienced team members with guidance and mentoring when required Perform other related duties as assigned, in line with your experience and company policies

Support Staff Duties:

Assist with basic repair tasks under the supervision of qualified technicians

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in panel repair ATA accreditation preferred but not essential Proven ability to work independently and efficiently Willingness to mentor junior team members when necessary Strong understanding of vehicle repair tools, techniques, and safety protocols Technical abilities will be assessed and verified by your supervisor or team leader

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break)
