Panel Beater

Orpington

Monday to Friday \xe2\x80\x93 Rota Shift \xe2\x80\x93 (7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm and 9am to 6pm) and Saturdays on a rota basis 8am to 12pm (paid as overtime as 1.5x)

Plenty of overtime available (paid at 1.25x in the week and at 1.5x at weekends)

Bonus: Up to \xc2\xa360k OTE

You can choose between 40hrs per week or 45hrs per week contract (salary varies)

40hrs \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa340,000 per annum

45hrs \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa345,000 per annum

This role will report to the Workshop Controller

About the role:

• You will work within a team of paint sprayers, MET Fitters and other Panel Beaters reporting to the Workshop Controller
• You will need to repair or replace bodywork panels according to details on job cards.
• You will complete any damage panel repairs or/and panel replacements
• Welding
• Panel straightening and filling

About you:

Ideally you will need an Senior ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification (However, NVQ Level 2 is acceptable)
Driving Licence
You\xe2\x80\x99ll need be enthusiastic, upbeat and committed to delivering the best repair service.
You will work within a team of paint sprayers, MET Fitters and other Panel Beaters.
