Paper Core Driller Technician

to join a leading packaging manufacturer.

This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality of paper rolls used in production, helping to deliver high-standard packaging products to customers.

The Role

As a Paper Core Driller Technician, you will:

Operate core drilling equipment to take samples from incoming paper rolls. Inspect and test samples for quality, consistency, and compliance with standards. Record findings accurately and report non-conforming material. Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain high standards. Ensure safe use of machinery and adherence to site health & safety policies. Carry out basic equipment checks and maintenance.

What Were Looking For

Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or quality control is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to operate equipment safely and follow procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic IT skills for recording test results.
