Job Description
This position requires a diligent and detail-oriented Associate Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our not-for-profit organisation.
The key responsibilities of a Part time Finance Manager will include, but may not be limited to;
- Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organisation.
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and in compliance with legal regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise efficiency and sustainability.
- Coordinate budget planning and management activities.
- Work closely with other departments to integrate financial practices.
- Provide guidance and support to the accounting team.
- Contribute to the overall mission of the not-for-profit organisation.
A successful Part time Finance Manager should have:
- A solid academic background in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within Not for Profit or Charities
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
