Paralegal

to join our dynamic team in Belfast. This role is hybrid, offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling complex fraud and motor litigation cases for a wide variety of clients.


Responsibilities:

Support solicitors with fraud and motor claim cases, including legal research, case preparation, and drafting legal documents. Review and assess motor insurance claims, identifying potential fraud indicators. Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation. Prepare court bundles and manage the filing of legal documents. Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm's case management system. Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression. Assist with the investigation of claims, including reviewing evidence such as CCTV footage, accident reports, and witness statements. Conduct legal research and prepare briefs for solicitors.


What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential



Previous paralegal experience in

fraud

and

motor insurance claims

is highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Desirable



Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research and using case management software. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience working within the insurance sector or for a legal firm with fraud and motor expertise.
