Job Overview:

As a new, progressive and innovative law firm, Injury Claims Experts Limited are seeking experienced Paralegals/Fee earners/Solicitors to join our ever-expanding Personal Injury Department.

This role is specifically to deal with Personal Injury cases (primarily Road Traffic Accidents).

You will need to be able to work under minimal supervision and manage a varied caseload of files whilst achieving the team and personal targets set each month. You will be provided with all the necessary support in order to achieve this target.

The required candidate would

MUST

have the following:

A minimum of 12 months experience of dealing with OIC Personal Injury Claims post 31st May 2021. This should be for on and off portal files.

A minimum of 24 months experience of dealing with RTA claims. This includes Stage 1, 2 and 3 as well as dealing with off portal claims and Infant Approval matters.

A minimum of 12 months experience in respect of litigating Personal Injury Claims (Part 7 and Part 8 Claims) all the way to trial.

The ideal candidate should also have the following but is not mandatory:

Experience of dealing with Proclaim Case Management System (or a similar system)

Qualification as a Solicitor is also desirable however, this will depend on each candidate.

Deal with a MOJ caseload from inception to settlement;

Have a willingness to learn, develop and progress within the firm;

Have a proactive approach and take responsibility for their own workload

The firm does offer a generous bonus structure subject to targets being met and training contracts will be considered for those candidates who wish to develop and progress their career.

Schedule:

35 hours per week Monday to Friday Office Based/Hybrid Flexible start and finish times may be discussed if the correct candidate is found.
