As a Paralegal, your job purpose will be to



Ensure compliance with legal regulations and provide essential support in various legal and company secretarial matters.

What you'll be doing as a Paralegal



Legal Research and Analysis:

Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents. Analyze and summarize legal documents and findings for the legal team.
Document Preparation and Management:

Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence. Maintain organized and up-to-date legal files and records.
Compliance Support:

Assist in ensuring company compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assist in monitoring changes in legislation and advise the legal team on potential impacts. Assist with the roll out of annual desk top compliance training program through SAI 360 or other chosen providers.
Litigation Support:

Provide support in litigation matters, including document collection, review, and preparation for court proceedings. Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
Contract Administration:

Ensure capture of all metadata as part of HighQ contract control/upload process. Group Entity Management: supporting Company Secretarial function with entity administration: Collaborate with external Co-Sec team and internal stakeholders to ensure a and efficient corporate structure and dissolving entities that are no longer required. Assisting with the management of the divisional Boards for APAC, US, EMEA.
Annual Insurance Program:

Manage the annual insurance renewal process.
Legal Operations:

Support Legal Operations Manager with managing Group Legal's technology stack.

What we are looking for



A bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Experience as a Paralegal, preferably in a corporate or consumer health setting. A strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Initiative-taking and meticulous
