Paralegal - Clinical/Medical Negligence | Join Simpson Millar

Location: Manchester | Full-time | Hybrid working (1 day in the office)

What you'll bring:

? A good knowledge of

Personal Injury Law

and

Civil Procedure Rules

- both practical and procedural

? Strong interpersonal and

negotiation

skills - you're confident dealing with clients, experts, and third parties

? An understanding of

data protection

and a responsible approach to working with sensitive information

? Confident

IT skills

- you're experienced with Case Management Systems, databases, and standard office software

?

Experience

working with the general public - you're empathetic, professional, and collaborative

? A legal

qualification

(Degree, CILEX or equivalent) is desirable but not essential

? Previous fee-earning experience is a bonus - but not a requirement
