The role:





We are seeking to appoint a new graduate paralegal to support and assist fee earners in conducting a clinical negligence caseload, ensuring efficiency and excellent client care at all times.

This is an amazing opportunity to join our fantastic clinical Negligence department. This new vacancy is open to candidates with previous legal work experience preferably within Clinical Negligence.



You will be engaged in varied and interesting work where you will learn all about clinical negligence and the law of tort. You will be able to learn and develop fundamental skills whilst working alongside our reputable and well respected fee earners.


You:





First we ask that you have a genuine interest in this area of law.


To also be successful in this role we require the following;


Completion of a Law Degree with a minimum 2:1 Legal work experience of working through a litigation process, this could be Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury or any other litigation process. Legal Practice Course/CILEX/SQE/Apprenticeship (either completed or ongoing) Grade C or 5 in English language, literature and maths. Work experience can be considered as an alternative

Many of the partners/solicitors have trained and qualified with the firm and have a solid understanding of what it is like to work in the roleyou are applying for.
