This is an exciting opportunity to come and join our team.
The role is up to thirty seven hours a week Monday to Friday hybrid working. You will be working as a paralegal supporting solicitors with court work and other non contentious areas of work, liaising with clients and working flexibly across the department as required. Some work will be done at home or at court but with the majority of time in the office. We are currently moving from Bodlondeb Conwy to the new bespoke offices in Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay, however, there may be a requirement to work out of both offices for a short period depending on service needs.
About us
You will benefit from joining an established team of nineteen legal staff divided into three sub teams along the areas of work the Solicitors specialise in- namely family law (adult and children including education) prosecutions and litigation and property and planning.
Many of the staff have trained and been promoted from within the organisation and you will join a supportive environment committed to staff development.
You will receive training and support (as part of the Conwy conversation) to develop in the role and within the organisation and also benefit of being part of the Conwy County Borough Council team who value their staff and provide flexible working arrangements and other staff incentives reflecting this.

You will be an enthusiastic and innovative team player who is interested in serving the local community through providing legal advice and support to client departments.
