We have a great opportunity for a Paralegal to join our Commercial, Development and Investment team within in our Real Estate Sector.
As a Paralegal you will be supporting a busy commercial development and investment team, working on major acquisitions, lettings (for both landlords and tenants), and development projects. The team is made up of senior lawyers, junior fee earners, and paralegals, all collaborating closely across a wide range of clients and matters.
We're currently recruiting for two Paralegal roles--one based in our Birmingham office and the other in London. We're committed to supporting professional development, and as part of these roles, we're looking to offer the opportunity to support and sponsor the successful candidates through the SQE route to qualification as an NQ if that is a route the successful candidate is interested in exploring.
About you:
We're seeking an individual who is proactive, highly organised, and detail-focused, with excellent case management and IT skills. Ideally, you'll have some experience working in a legal environment, though this isn't essential, and a good understanding of the procedural aspects of commercial property transactions--whether gained through academic training or hands-on experience.
You'll be someone who thrives in a team, builds strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and remains calm under pressure.
To this role you will bring an enthusiastic, reliable attitude to working, ready to contribute to a busy and collaborative team.
